NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

OURO FINO SAÚDE ANIMAL PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Company"), informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors at a meeting held on December 14, 2021 at 9am in the Company's head quarters by video conference and approved ad referendum of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting the payment of interest on equity of R$ 16.153.401,87 (sixteen million, one hundred and fifty-threethousand, four hundred and one reais and eighty-sevencents) corresponding to R$ 0,30043 per share as a gross total.

The gross amount declared above are subject to withholding income tax (IRRF) of 15% (fifteen percent), therefore it must be paid to the shareholders the net of withholding income tax amount. The corporate shareholders that by exception does not suffer the tax mentioned before should act in accordance with the prevailing legislation and attest to their status by December 20, 2021 before their custody agent.

The amount of interest on equity net from the withholding income tax (IRRF) will be accounted as the obligatory dividend to be paid related to the year ended December 31, 2021, in accordance with Article 35 of the Company's bylaws and regulations.

Shareholders of record on December 17, 2021, shall be entitled to receive the interest on equity that is the object of this notice. Shares will be traded ex-interest-on-equity as of December 20, 2021.

The interest on equity will be paid on December 29, 2021, with no monetary restatement or remuneration between the declaration and payment dates.

Instructions regarding the payment of the interest on equity

Shareholders will have their interest on equity payed according to the domicile provided to Banco Bradesco S.A. (the depositary of the Company's shares), as of the dates reported in this Notice to Shareholders.

For shareholders whose records do not include the registration of CPF/CNPJ number or indication of "Bank/Branch/Account", the interest on equity will only be payed as of the 3rd business day counted from the updating date on electronic files of Banco Bradesco S.A., and any further questions should be answered by the telephone number in Brazil 0800-701-1616.

Shareholders users of fiduciary custodies will have their interest on equity paid in accordance with procedures adopted by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão.
