Zoltan Illesh, who has replaced Alexei Korovin as head of company's Russian subsidiary, will official be made the bank's president on May 4, 2012. The decision was made by the board of directors at OTP Bank. Illesh now formally works as the bank's acting president. It was reported at the end of last year his candidacy to become the next president of the bank has been going through approval with regulatory bodies. Illesh has sat on the board of directors at company's Russian subsidiary since 2007. Yuliya Oreshkina, who heads the bank's legal support department, has joined the managing board.
