OTP Bank Plc. hereby announces that according to the press release published on 20 June 2014, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services have revised the outlooks on the ratings of OTP Bank Plc. and OTP Mortgage Bank Ltd. to stable from negative. Simultaneously the 'BB/B' long- and short-term counterparty credit ratings of both Banks have been affirmed.
