Notice concerning Inclusion in FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series

One REIT, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "One REIT") hereby announces that FTSE Russell has announced that it will include One REIT in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series (hereinafter referred to as the "Index"). The inclusion in the Index is scheduled to be applied after the close of business on March 18, 2022 (Friday). (For details, please refer to the press release announced by FTSE Russell.)

The Index is an international real estate investment index calculated by FTSE Russell in cooperation with the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit). The Index is widely adopted by institutional investors globally as their benchmark for international real estate investment.

One REIT believes that its inclusion in the Index will contribute to further broadening its potential investor base and increasing the liquidity of its investment units.
