NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Old Chang Kee Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 15 August 2022 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the final tax-exempt(one-tier) dividend of 1.0 Singapore cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 ("FY2022 Dividend").

Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront Avenue #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower Singapore 098632 up to 5.00 pm on 15 August 2022 will be registered, to determine shareholders' entitlements to the FY2022 Dividend.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company's ordinary shares as at 5.00 pm on 15 August 2022 will be entitled to the FY2022 Dividend.

The FY2022 Dividend will be paid on or about 29 August 2022.
