Oceanteam ASA reports half year 2023 results

The financial performance of Oceanteam improved during the first half of 2023
from a net loss of USD 1.1 million in H1 2022 to a net loss of USD 0.7 million
in H1 2023.

The loss from discontinued operations decreased by USD 0.3 million from USD 0.4
million in H1 2022 to USD 0.1 million in H1 2023. The loss from continuing
operations decreased by USD 0.1 million from USD 0.7 million in H1 2022 to USD
0.6 million in H1 2023.

Oceanteam ASA is a Norway-based offshore services company. The Company owns, charters and manages deep-water offshore support vessels (CSVs & Pipe Lay) and fast support vessels. The Company focuses on solution driven offshore services by combining engineering and equipment capabilities.
