Major Shareholding Notification Oceanteam ASA

With reference to our Notification of 21 December 2018 we herewith inform you
that the Oceanteam ASA shares held by Stockhorn S.à r.l. has been partly sold.

Stockhorn S.à.r.l., directly controlled by Mr. J.G.H.M. Niessen, has sold
296'676 shares in Oceanteam ASA.

Following the sale of shares on 28 February 2024, Stockhorn S.à.rl. his
shareholding in Oceanteam ASA has been reduced to 1'495'252 shares, equivalent
to approximately 4.35% of Oceanteam's total number of shares and votes, thus
crossing below the 5% threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings under
section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
