O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis in order to keep the shareholders and potential investors of the Company informed of the latest business development of the Group. Since the COVID-19 pandemic continues to grow across the Western countries, the Quebec Government in Canada, where the Group has business presence at, advises all businesses to temporary close for a minimum of three weeks till 13 April 2020 with only essential services to remain open. As such, the Group's operations in Quebec Province, Canada will follow suit. The Group's production facilities in Canada will remain closed during the Suspension Period, while certain employees from the departments such as research and development, software, finance, etc. will be working from home either on a full-time or part-time basis. The Group has informed its customers regarding the temporary suspension of the Group's production facilities and the possible delay in the original scheduled delivery. Although the temporary suspension of business operations in Canada is beyond the control of the Group, O-Net will endeavour to resume the production and delivery of orders originally placed to the extent practicable. The board of directors of the Company will continue to closely monitor the development of the Pandemic and assess the risks and uncertainties faced by the Group as a result of the Pandemic. Further updates would be provided if there is any material development to the operations or business of the Group.
