Nuveen Dow 30 Dynamic Overwrite Fund Stock

Nuveen Dow 30SM Dynamic Overwrite Fund is a non-diversified closed-end management investment fund. The Fund's investment objective is to seek attractive total return with less volatility than the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA). The Fund focuses on investing approximately 80% of its assets in the thirty stocks included in the DJIA in approximately the amount such stocks are weighted in the DJIA and/or in other securities or financial instruments with economic characteristics that are similar to the thirty stocks included in the DJIA that are intended to correlate with the price movements of the DJIA. The Fund may also invest in other investment companies, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The Fund investments in various sectors, including software, health care providers and services, specialty retail, industrial conglomerates, information technology (IT) services and pharmaceuticals.
