Nutrition SC Public Company Limited announced that on May 2, 2023, the Company received resignation letters from the position of director and sub-committees of the Company in total of 3 persons. The resigned directors are as follows: Miss Suparp Ratanavessuwan resigned from the position of Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, which is effective from May 2, 2023 onwards. Miss Siriphan Weerananthawet resigned from the position of Independent Director, which is effective from May 2, 2023 onwards.

Mrs. Darunee Edwards resigned from the position of Audit Committee Director, which is effective from May 2, 2023 onwards. On May 3, 2023, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2023.

Therefore, the matter was taken into consideration and resolved as follows: Acknowledgment of resignation and Resolved to appoint a new directors to replace the 2 directors resigned are; Mrs. Visa Hongsirirathas been appointed as Independent Director and Audit Committee Director, which is effective from May 3, 2023 onwards. However, the term is equal to the remaining term of the resigned director. Mr. Pongtorn Pilouk has been appointed as Independent Director and Audit Committee Director, which is effective from May 3, 2023 onwards.
