Komercijalna Banka appointed Archibald Kremser, a board member of Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka, president of Komercijalna's board of directors. The shareholders of Komercijalna Banka approved the replacement of all of its board members at an extraordinary meeting held on December 11, according to a notice posted on the website of the Serbian lender. The decision will become effective after the Serbian central bank issues a preliminary approval for the sale of Komercijalna Banka to NLB, the payment of the purchase price by the Slovenian buyer and the change of the ownership of shares in the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House. Komercijalna Banka's shareholders also approved the appointment of the president of NLB, Blaz Brodnjak, as board member. The appointment of NLB managers Ursula Kovacic Kosak, Igor Zalar, Marko Jeric and Vesna Vodopivec was also approved, along with Guy Richard Steel Stevens, University of Belgrade professor Dragan Djuricin and Bled School of Management professor Nenad Filipovic.
