Nordic Halibut AS ("NOHAL" or the "Company") today announce that Kenneth Meyer
is stepping down as CFO in Nordic Halibut. Having been a valuable member of the
Company since 2020, Meyer has decided to explore new career opportunities. He
will fulfil his responsibilities in the current capacity until the end of May,
ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for the Company. The Company has
initiated a process to recruit Meyer's replacement.

The Company extends its gratitude to Meyer for his dedicated service and remains
committed to maintaining stability and continuity during this transitional
period.
