Zhang Lie and three others investors agreed to acquire 30% stake in Suzhou Wanshih Optical Communication Co., Ltd. from Nippon Kodoshi Corp. (JASDAQ:3891) on December 7, 2012. The Board of Directors of Nippon Kodoshi resolved the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close after completion of registration by Chinese Government at end of March 2013.
