DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO

LAND ACQUISITION

Reference is made to the announcement of Nimble Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") dated 2 September 2020 in relation to the Land Acquisition (the "Announcement"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise specified.

As set out in the Announcement, it was expected that the Company will despatch a circular (the "Circular") containing the information required under the Listing Rules in relation to the Land Acquisition to the Shareholders on or before 23 September 2020.

As additional time is required for preparing and finalising certain information to be included in the Circular, it is anticipated that the Circular will be despatched on or before 21 October 2020.
