With reference to Nforce Secure Public Company Limited (the "Company") issued new shares for capital increase by initial public offering ("IPO") on 23 - 25 June 2021 for 27,741,000 shares at the price of Baht 16 per share and registered in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) on 1 July 2021 with proceeds totaling Baht 443.86 million. Then totaling Bath 420.72 million after deducting underwriting commission and expenses in connection with the offering.
