INEST, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Patch Inc from Hikari Tsushin, Inc., NFC Holdings, Inc. and Premium Water Holdings,Inc. for ¥534 million.

INEST, Inc. (JASDAQ:3390) entered into an agreement to acquire Patch Inc from Hikari Tsushin, Inc. (TSE:9435), NFC Holdings, Inc. (JASDAQ:7169) and Premium Water Holdings,Inc. (TSE:2588) for ¥534 million on April 24, 2020. INEST, Inc. will acquire 48.93% stake from NFC Holdings, Inc., 37.49% stake from Hikari Tsushin, Inc. and 13.58% stake from Premium Water Holdings Inc in Patch Inc. As per the transaction, INEST, Inc. will acquire 6848 shares of Patch Inc. The transaction is expected to completed by August 1, 2020.
