Nexus Select Trust is an India-based urban consumption center real estate investment trust. The Company’s portfolio comprises about 17 Grade A urban consumption centers with a gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 9.2 million square feet spread across 14 cities in India, two complementary hotel assets (354 keys), and three office assets with a GLA of about 1.3 million square feet. Its consumption center portfolio has a tenant base of more than 1,044 domestic and international brands spanning over 2,893 stores, where the Company hosts over 130 million footfalls annually. Its segments include mall rentals (urban consumption center rentals), office rentals, hospitality, and others. Its Others segment comprises the sale of office units, income from the generation of renewable energy, property management and consultancy services, and other operating revenue. Its portfolio of urban consumption centers includes Select Citywalk, Nexus Elante, Nexus Seawoods, Nexus Hyderabad, and others.
