NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited announced that Ms. Caroline Chan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Management Engagement Committee, the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee, with effect from 11 April 2024.
