NEXITY ONCE AGAIN INCLUDED IN THE BLOOMBERG GENDER- EQUALITY INDEX IN 2021

Paris, 2 February 2021

Nexity has once again been included in this year's Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, among the 380 companies worldwide (11 of them French) committed to gender equality and promoting gender equity by implementing specific policies to foster inclusion, representativeness and transparency.

Nexity's Deputy CEO Julien Carmona said, "Nexity's strength lies in its human capital. Diversity, gender equality and fairness are a core part of our identity as an engaged corporate citizen, and help drive the Group's performance. We firmly believe that this strong conviction, translated into decisive action, is key to bringing about the change in corporate culture that businesses need to build a fairer, more equitable society. People come first, and we see inclusion - including gender equality - as an indispensable condition for progress. Being included once again in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index this year recognises our continuous improvement approach in this area."

Nexity's global approach to inclusion is based on three priorities: gender equality in the workplace, employment for people with disabilities, and social and cultural diversity. It applies to the entire Group. Women already account for more than 40% of Nexity's Executive Committee and 36% of the Group's top managers. In addition, 88% of employees say that Nexity is an inclusive company: in a survey carried out as part of the Great Place to Work certification obtained in September 2020, they overwhelmingly answered that the company treats all its staff equally, regardless of their age (75%), gender (84%), disability status (93%), ethnic background (93%) or sexual orientation (94%).

Nexity has also drawn up its "Being Inclusive Together" charter to help all its employees get involved and actively promote this issue in their daily lives in the workplace. It has already been signed by the members of the Executive Committee, all the Group's managers and more than 3200 employees. At the end of 2020, Nexity also signed the Charte d'Engagement LGBT+ (LGBT+ Commitment Charter) of l'Autre Cercle, a French non-profit that works to combat discrimination, thereby reaffirming that the Group hires its employees for their expertise, their skills and their talent, not based on their age, gender, social origins, skin colour, disability status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
