Newmax Technology Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 488.41 million compared to TWD 768.44 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 252.08 million compared to TWD 60.05 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.37 compared to TWD 0.33 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.37 compared to TWD 0.33 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,879.47 million compared to TWD 1,889.86 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 474.74 million compared to TWD 246.33 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.58 compared to TWD 1.34 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.58 compared to TWD 1.34 a year ago.
Newmax Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of lens products. The Company's products include lens units for notebook computers and tablets, lenses for mobile phones, game machines, automobiles as well as lenses units for personal computers (PCs) and digital video (DV) cameras, among others.
