Awilco Drilling has successfully completed a MNOK 87 private placement through an accelerated bookbuilding process, where NAXS subscribed for 577,636 shares, representing a total amount of MNOK 5.2. NAXS was an existing shareholder in Awilco Drilling prior to the private placement.
