Naver has appointed Byun Dae-gyu as its board chairman and Han Seong-sook as its CEO. Byun Dae-gyu, is also chair of Humax. He will be the first to work as Naver's board chairman from outside of the company.
After leaving his position as board chairman, Naver founder Lee Hae-jin is expected to focus on Naver's startup investment in Europe.
