The National Bank of Oman upgraded its multi-purpose, self-service kiosk to serve customers around the clock at its head office in Azaiba and at its Al Khoud branch, according to an albawaba.com report.

The kiosk enables customers to open an account, make payments and update their profiles. Customers can also request, print, replace and renew existing debit and Badeel prepaid cards.

The kiosk also integrates with the Royal Oman Police's system to validate user ID information and manage documents.
