Nation Broadcasting Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform the resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 8/2022, held on August 1, 2022. The significant resolutions are as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Miss Punpimol Komolpis Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee as The Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee replace the resigned director, effective from August 1, 2022 onwards.
2. Approved the appointment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thira Jearsiripongkul Independent Director as a Member of Audit Committee replace the resigned director, effective from August 1, 2022 onwards.
   After the appointment, the Board of Directors will be comprised of 9 directorsas follows:
