NanoXplore Inc. (TSX:GRA) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 5,936,205 shares, representing 3.50% of its outstanding share capital. The repurchases will be funded from existing cash balances of the company.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The bid will continue through November 30, 2024. As of November 22, 2023, the company had 169,378,431 shares outstanding.
