Walter Goletz Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Mbh & Co.Kg along with the management of Walter Goletz Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Mbh & Co.Kg agreed to acquire Nanogate Kierspe GmbH from Nanogate AG.

Walter Goletz Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Mbh & Co.Kg along with the management of Walter Goletz Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Mbh & Co.Kg agreed to acquire Nanogate Kierspe GmbH from Nanogate AG (XTRA:N7G) on February 26, 2021. As part of the acquisition, all the essential assets are transferred to the Walter Goletz, which will continue the business. The transaction has been approved by the target company's creditors' committee.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the beginning of March 2021.
