Certain Existing Holders will be restricted from dealing in their Shares under voluntary escrow agreements with the Company.

A total of 45.21 million shares will be under escrow agreements and will be released 12 month post IPO.

A total of 16.03 million shares will be under escrow agreements and will be released 18 month post IPO.

A total of 125.95 million shares will be under escrow agreements and will be released 24 month post IPO.
