Sub: Revised Disclosure of Related Party Transactions pursuant to Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that we had filed the details of related party transactions for the half year ended March 31, 2022, drawn in accordance with the applicable accounting standards pursuant to Regulation 23 (9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, on May 31, 2022.

Subsequently, we found that there was an error in the said disclosure which was made by the Company. The investment in Public Deposit scheme made by Mrs. Remmy Thomas, a member of the Promoter Group was repaid by the Company on March 27, 2022. But the same was erroneously disclosed as outstanding at the end of the year. The error was now rectified on identification and the required corrections are incorporated in the statement of Related Party Transactions attached herewith in the revised disclosure.

We confirm that we will take adequate care to avoid such inadvertent errors in future. We request you to kindly pardon the unintentional error and take the revised disclosures on your records.
