MATERIAL FACT
MOVIDA PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Company"), according to paragraph 4 of article 157 of Law 6,404/76 and CVM Resolution 44/21, hereby informs its shareholders and the general market that, on this date, the Company's Board of Directors has approved the termination of the Company's Level 1 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") Program ("ADR Program"). ADR Program's termination is explained by Movida shares having been traded solely on B3 (Brazilian stock exchange) since its IPO.
