General Meeting of MONETA has approved the financial statements and the distribution of net profit for 2023, the Bank will pay a dividend of CZK 9 per share

Prague, 23 April 2024

The General Meeting approved the consolidated and separate financial statements and the distribution of 2023 net profit of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. ("the Bank") in the total amount of CZK 5.4 billion, from which a dividend of CZK 9 per share will be paid. The proposals submitted to the General Meeting were also supported by proxy advisory companies, ISS and Glass Lewis, which recommended the shareholders to vote in favour of all items on the agenda.

The Bank's net profit of CZK 5.4 billion1 will be distributed to the shareholders as a dividend of CZK 9 per share, i.e. in the total amount of CZK 4.6 billion. The remaining CZK 0.8 billion will be transferred to the account of retained earnings from previous years. The shareholders who are registered in the Central Securities Depository as shareholders of the Bank on the record date of 29 April 2024 are entitled to receive the dividend. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders by bank transfer on 21 May 2024.

Shareholders also approved the Bank's consolidated and separate financial statements for 2023 and appointed Deloitte Audit s.r.o. as the Bank's auditor for 2024.

Today's General Meeting was attended by shareholders holding 74.59 per cent of the shares entitled to vote, thus the General Meeting was quorate.

1 The amount of CZK 5.4 billion represents the Bank's net profit on an individual basis. On a consolidated basis, the Bank's net profit amounted to CZK 5.2 billion.
