Moncler also confirms that, pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1, Article IA.2.1.3), May 2023 is the month in which a dividend for Fiscal Year 2022, if any, is expected to be paid.
Moncler underlines that no decision has been adopted yet on the distribution of a 2022 dividend or its payment. Any decision in this respect shall be taken by the shareholders' meeting that will be held on 20 April 2023 to approve the financial statements at 31 December 2022. In addition, no decision has been taken by the Company on its dividend policy. The information herein reported is given for the exclusive purpose of complying with the relevant Borsa Italiana rules and cannot be interpreted or considered in any way as a forecast on the occurrence of the requirements for the distribution of dividends.
Should there be any change to the above schedule, it will be promptly communicated to the market.
- A conference call/meeting with institutional investors and equity research analysts will take place following the B.o.D.; details will be announced in due course.
