DV Invest EAD, as a trustee of the holders of bonds issued by Monbat AD (5MBA), ISIN BG2100023170, appointed a General Meeting of Bondholders on 16 April 2024 at 10:30 am in Sofia at 13B Tintyava St., conference hall, under the following agenda:
- Finding of non-fulfilment of the bond loan terms and conditions
Draft resolution: The GMB finds that there is a non-fulfilment of the terms of the bond issued by Monbat AD (5MBA), ISIN BG2100023170, namely non-fulfilment of a decision taken by the GMB on 22 January 2024, respectively an overdue payment of the second principal repayment instalment of EUR 8,404,500 representing 30% of the total raised value under the bond issue.
- Taking actions to protect the rights and interests of the bondholders according to the bond issue terms and conditions, the respective documents of the bond issue and following the current legislation
- In the lack of quorum, the GMB will be held on 09 May 2024 at 10:30 am, same place and agenda.
The voting right at the General Meeting of Bondholders will be entitled to all holders of bonds, ISIN BG2100023170, registered with the central securities register five (5) days before the GMB date (Record Date).
