Momentum Group AB (publ) (OM:MMGR B) agreed to acquire Zrs Testing Systems Ab from Stefan Andreasson on April 19, 2024. ZRS will be part of the Infrastructure business area under the Technical Solutions business unit. Zrs Testing Systems had a turnover of approximately SEK 32 million in 2023.
The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive impact on Momentum Group's earnings per share during the current financial year. The closing is expected to take place at the beginning of May.
