A MOBLY S.A. ("Mobly" ou "Companhia") (B3: MBLY3), informa aos seus acionistas e ao público o seu desempenho durante os dias 24/11/2022 e 27/11/2022 ("Black Friday") comparado com o mesmo período do ano anterior que correspondeu entre os dias 25/11/2021 e 28/11/2021.
No período a Companhia atingiu GMV total de 27MM com destaques para as linhas de Webshop que atingiu o volume de 10,3MM (+5% A/A), Sellercenter que atingiu 1,8MM (+32% A/A), Lojas que atingiu 5,4MM (+16% A/A) e Marketplace que atingiu 9,5MM (-32% A/A).
Informamos também que atingimos 1,5MM de Margem de Contribuição III ("PC3") no período, o que representou aumento de 74% versus a Black Friday do ano anterior, com uma margem PC3 em % da receita líquida de 7,9% (+3.8 p.p A/A) e um ticket médio 6,5% maior.

2022 Black Friday Performance
MOBLY S.A. ("Mobly" or "Company") (B3: MBLY3), announces to its shareholders and the market in general its performance during 11/24/2022 to 11/27/2022 ("Black Friday") compared to the same period of the previous year that corresponded between 11/25/2021 and 11/28/2021.
In the period, the Company reached a total GMV of 27MM with highlights for the lines of Webshop which accomplished a GMV of 10.3MM (+5% YoY), Sellercenter which reached 1.8MM (+32% YoY), Stores that reached 5.4MM (+16% YoY) and Marketplace which reached 9.5MM (-32% YoY).
The Company also informs that realized 1.5MM of Contribution Margin III ("CM III") in the period, which represented an increase of 74% YoY, with a CM III margin as a % of net revenue of 7.9% (+3.8 p.p YoY) and a 6.5% higher average basket.
