A MOBLY S.A. ("Mobly" ou "Companhia") (B3: MBLY3), nos termos do artigo 12 da Instrução CVM nº 358, de 3 de janeiro de 2002, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que recebeu, nesta data, notificação da Must Asset Management, informando que alienou ações ordinárias de emissão da Mobly e que, em 1 de abril de 2022, sua participação passou a ser de 5.322.469 ações ordinárias, somando aproximadamente 4,99% do total de ações ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia. Anteriormente a Must Asset Management detinha 5,33% do total de ações ordinárias emitidas pela Companhia.

Notice to the Market

MOBLY S.A. ("Mobly" or "Company") (B3: MBLY3), pursuant to the CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, announces to its shareholders and the market in general, that it received today a notice from Must Asset Management informing that it has sold common shares issued by Mobly and that, on April 1, 2022, their interests in the Company reached 5,322,469 ordinary shares, totaling approximately 4.99% of the total common shares issued by the Company. Previously, Must Asset Management held 5.33% of the total common shares issued by the Company.

  Eonju-ro 30-gil, Gangnam-gu Seoul, Korea.

• 3. As of April 01, 2022, a total of 5,322,469 shares of MOBLY SA owned by the fund managed by Must Asset Management holds a total of 4.998% of the total number of issued shares (106,489,904).

• 4. We would like to inform you that the purpose of our investment in MOBLY SA is for pure investment purposes and not for management participation.

  Also, The decrease of the above mentioned equity holdings is strictly a consequence of investment strategy and there is no intention to change the Company's control nor composition of the administrative structure

• 5. We ask that MOBLY SA. disclose the above information to the market in an appropriate way.
