Société Générale, acting on behalf of SAS Miramar Holding - 37% owned by Sébastian Lombardo - has filed with the AMF a public tender offer for Micropole shares.

The bidder irrevocably undertakes to acquire all the 29,087,869 shares it does not already own, representing 100% of the share capital, at a price of 1.50 euros per share. He already benefits from commitments to contribute the shares held by Nextstage AM and Dorval AM.

The offer will lapse if, at closing, the offeror does not hold more than 50% of the share capital or voting rights. The offeror does not intend to request a squeeze-out. Listing of the shares remains suspended today and will resume on March 26.
