MFE TAKES NOTE OF ERIK HUGGERS' RESIGNATION FROM PROSIEBEN'S SUPERVISORY BOARD
MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE takes note of Erik Huggers' resignation as a member of the ProSiebenSat.1 Media Supervisory Board.
Regarding Klára Brachtlová, as possible substitute proposed by the Supervisory Board, MFE believes that she has the right profile to contribute positively to the future value creation of ProSiebenSat.1 Media in the best interest of all stakeholders.
