Starwood Capital Operations, LLC completed the acquisition of office asset Omega Business Park and logistics portfolio in Alovera and Azuqueca in Madrid from Meridia Real Estate III, SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:YMRE) on July 22, 2021.
Meridia Real Estate III Socimi SA is a Spain-based real estate investment trust. The Company invests in all types of real estate, especially in office and logistic assets, as well as retail (shopping centers) and mixed-use properties, with a focus on value added projects in Madrid, Guadalajara and Barcelona. The Company has engaged the alternative investment fund manager, Meridia Capital Partners, SGEIC, S.A., for the identification of the potential investments, as well as their acquisition, management strategy and divestment.
