The SEC Form 17-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2022 of Megawide Construction Corporation ("Megawide") was amended to reflect the results of Punongbayan & Araullo's ("P&A") review of Megawide's Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements as of March 31, 2022 (the "Interim FS"). In this regard, the Interim FS was reviewed by P&A, pursuant to Megawide's bond offering.
