BUSINESS UPDATE ON CONTENT DISTRIBUTION

ON NETFLIX GLOBALLY

This announcement is made by Medialink Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis and aims to update the shareholders of the Company and potential investors on the latest business development of the Group.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that our Group has recently entered into a global distribution deal with Netflix, a streaming entertainment service platform, in which our Group shall distribute the Taiwanese drama series "More Than Blue《比悲傷更悲傷的故事》" to Netflix which will be aired globally. This Taiwanese drama series is co-produced by Good Movie Co. Ltd and mm2 Entertainment Taiwan and our Group, and is targeted to be released on Netflix soon.

This 10-episode romantic drama series tells the story of star-crossed lovers, Chang Che-Kai (Fandy Fan 范少勳) and Sung Yuan-Yuan (Gingle Wang 王淨) in their student days and is a follow-on from the story of the 2018 box-office-breaking Taiwanese film of the same name.

The Board is of the view that the Group's participation in co-production,co-investment and the global distribution of drama series "More Than Blue《比悲傷更悲傷的故事》" is in

line with our 5-Years Corporate Strategy in strategic content co-investment, and will solidify the Group's edge in bringing the best content to its customers.
