MCH GROUP AG At the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of MCH Group, Christoph Brutschin will step down from the Board of Directors as the current Delegate of the Canton of Basel-Stadt. At its meeting yesterday, the canton's Executive Council appointed Raphael Wyniger, a Basel entrepreneur and hotelier, as his successor.
Following the successful completion of the two capital increases, the integration of James Murdoch's new anchor shareholder Lupa Systems and the strategic realignment of MCH Group, the current member of the Board of Directors and delegate of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, Christoph Brutschin, has decided to step down from office at the next General Meeting on May 4. As his successor, Basel entrepreneur and hotelier Raphael Wyniger will represent the Canton of Basel-Stadt on the Board of Directors of the MCH Group. This was decided by the canton's Executive Council yesterday.

The exhibitions, events, and congresses held in the canton where MCH is headquartered generate a high level of added value for the local economy and contribute to Basel's appeal.
