Mayer Holdings Limited Announces Further Delay in Publication of the Annual Results for the Year Ended 30 June 2023

Mayer Holdings Limited announced that subsequent to additional information being provided to the Independent Investigator during December 2023 to facilitate its investigation, additional time is required for (i) the Independent Investigator to finalise the Investigation Report; and (ii) the Company
and the Auditor to review the Investigation Report and the Auditor to proceed with the remaining audit procedures to finalize the 2023 Annual Results. Accordingly, the Company, having discussed with the Auditor, expects that the publication date of the 2023 Annual Results will be further postponed to a date falling on or before 31 January 2024.

Mayer Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in manufacturing and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel, property investment and leasing of aircrafts. The Company operates in four segments: steel, which is engaged in the manufacture and trading of steel pipes, steel sheets and other products made of steel; property investment, which leases office premises to generate rental income; investments, which invests in unlisted equity securities, and aircraft, which leases aircrafts and provides consultancy services to the lessee. Its subsidiaries include Bamian Investments Pte. Limited, ROC Advance Limited, Sunbeam Group Limited, Top Force International Limited and Advance Century Development Limited.On May 9, 2011, it acquired Yield Rise, subsequently Yield Rise had become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. In January, the Company sold its subsidiary Bamian Investments.
