Andreas Krause has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the future MAX Automation SE with effect from March 1, 2018. The current CFO, Fabian Spilker will withdraw from his position as active CFO on March 31, 2018. He will also resign as Managing Director at the end of this year's Annual General Meeting on May 18 and ensure his successor a smooth transition.

Fabian Spilker, who has been responsible for the finance division of MAX Automation SE since 2013, approached the Supervisory Board last year expressing his desire to leave the company in 2018 to devote himself to a different activity. At the same time, he declared his willingness to continue performing his duties until a suitable successor for the position was found. Furthermore, Mr. Spilker announced that he will resign from his post as member of the Administrative Board of MAX Automation SE at the end of this year's Annual General Meeting on May 18, 2018.

The intention is to propose Mr. Krause for election as his successor on the Administrative Board at the Annual General Meeting.
