Marwyn Value Investors Limited is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended investment company. The investment objective of the Company is to maximize total returns primarily through the capital appreciation of its investments. The Company is a feeder fund which has invested substantially all of its assets into limited partnership interests in the Master Fund. It has no redemption rights for its investment in the Master Fund. The Master Fund has invested in a second master fund, MVI II LP, a private equity fund structure through which the majority of the Master Fund’s investments attributable to ordinary shareholders are made. It invests in sectors that include luxury goods, software, financial, consumer, technology, content, media and communications. Its investment portfolio includes Le Chameau, AdvancedAdvT Limited, Marwyn Acquisition Company II Limited, Marwyn Acquisition Company III Limited and others. Marwyn Investment Management LLP (MIM LLP) is the manager of the Company.
