Marusho Hotta Co., Ltd. (TSE:8105) signed a contract to acquire Horizontal Knit Business from Ieri Design Products,Inc. for ¥60 million on August 19, 2016. The deal is subject to approval of the Tokyo District Court. The Board of Directors of Marusho Hotta Co decided the deal on August 19, 2016. The deal is expected to complete by August 31, 2016.
