Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited provides commercial and industrial land for lease to growing businesses. It owns and operates Marsden Cove Marina complex, which consists of approximately 236 berth marina, adjoining commercial complex and boatyard facility. Its leases include Kiteotara Business & Commercial Centre-Marsden Cove; Industrial and Commercial Zoned Land-Marsden Cove, and Office Lease-Marsden Cove Village.
