On January 26, 2023, Magyar Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition at and for the three months ended December 31, 2022. On January 26, 2023, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 9, 2023, payable on February 23, 2023.
