CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Co., Ltd.* (瀘 州 市 興 瀘 水 務 ( 集 團) 股 份 有 限 公 司) (the "Company") dated 19 April 2021 (the "Announcement"). Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

The Company would like to clarify that the board of directors of the Company considers that the information as set out in the Announcement (i.e. payment of 2021 interest for 2019 public issued corporate bonds (first tranche)) does not constitute inside information of the Company as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
