LT Group, Inc. announced the untimely passing of Mr. Antonino L. Alindogan, Jr., Director, on the evening of May 6, 2018. In light of the scheduled stockholders meeting of the company May 8, 2018, the nomination and compensation committee urgently met on May 7, 2018 to propose and approve the nomination of Mr. Johnip G. Cua as an independent director, in lieu of Mr. Antonino L. Alindogan, Jr. to serve the term for 2018-2019.
