VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

UNUSUAL PRICE AND TRADING VOLUME MOVEMENTS

This announcement is made by Longhui International Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') on a voluntary basis.

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of the Company has noted the unusual fluctuation in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company (the ''Shares'') today. Having made such enquiry with respect to the Company as may be reasonable in the circumstances, the Board confirms that, save and except for the disposal of 305,000,000 Shares by Shui Chak Group Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company, representing approximately 4.79% of the total share capital of the Company, it is not aware of any reasons for such fluctuation in the share price and trading volume or of any information which must be announced to avoid a false market in the Shares or of any inside information that needs to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
